Do I need previous cruise ship experience? Yes, for the technical positions it is required, but if you don't, contact us and we can provide training to help you and guide you to get the right experience to succeed in your application.
How long are the contracts? Contracts typically last between 6 to 9 months, depending on the role and cruise line
What documents do I need? You will need a valid passport, medical clearance, and any job-specific certifications required by the cruise line
What is the minimum age to apply? The minimum age to apply is 21 years or older. There is no age limit to apply.
Do I need to speak ENGLISH to apply? Yes, English is the official language on board, so you need to have an adequate level of English that allows you to understand what is being said to you and to be able to communicate in this language with your fellow crew members and supervisors. Even if you work in a position that does not involve contact with the guest, you need to have at least an intermediate level to be able to work on board. Remember that all your training and emergency instructions are given to you in English. There are more than 90 different nationalities working on board, so it is an essential requirement to be able to communicate. Interviews are conducted in ENGLISH.
